you can do it with just Arcane Echo IF you use an essence of celerity. that can get kinda expensive, though--it does pay for itself, but still.

their spawns are random. sometimes, you can't get around them at all. other times, you touch a trap no matter what you do. sometimes, you go right through no problems. if you get blocked/trapped, bad luck and try again.

I saw someone posting a pic earlier, looks little tight on hp though.
Any ideas or tips to make this work with a Me primary will be greatly appreciated.

to maintain shadow form with DP/Arcane echo is technically possible at 10 shadow arts. at 12 it will be a little easier. a little less "wiggle room" than the assassin primary, but fast casting helps you out, too. and remember to use lots of sup runes because max health doesn't matter when nothing can hurt you lol!

The [skill]Wandering Eye[/skill]/[skill]Clumsiness[/skill] variant of this build is especially tasty with a superior illusion rune. Which are still 100g at the trader. >_>

Had an idea for some of those awful Behemoth spawns, from a guildy trip into UW...
[skill]Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support[/skill]
Can go in the heal spot, better to be proactive and nuke the bad trap spawns.

you could use the same skills shown in the first post with 12 shadow arts 12-16 inspiration with an essense of celerity to clear the chamber, labyrinth and bone pits but thats about it, smites have smite hex and mindblades are ranged now its difficult to pull them to a choke point and they have hex breaker too

a/me - CoP
a/e - fire
a/e - sliver

I use a staff, and when one runs off, I use a normal attack, and the enemy will run back and take your skill of choice till it dies. I use A/E and Sliver Armor, so I have to kill the enemies 1 by 1, but it works. I do the usual Chaos Plains farms.

Quick question: Does this work equally as Me/A? Or would it go slower, be less effective, etc.

it would work BUT you have to use Essense b/c you can't get Shadow Arts to 15 or 16. i've seen many a Me/A on SC completely wreck.

Hello all,
I´ve been trying this build for a couple of times now, and I started in NM to see how it works. But I havent been able to bring down the aaxtes at all.
I have tried to different version like ppl suggested, but think Im doing something wrong, Im r1 kurzick-7 sunspear.
I use:
Deadly paradox, echo, SF, spf, ether, cry, dark escape and fn Dont get them down, so I switch FN for clumsiness for extra dmg, also this didnt work even if I raised the illusion to 9.
I have tried also channeling instead of SOP this didnt help me in e-management.
I use the SF chain then SoF, EN and CRY and spamm CRY as much and SOF as all time hex. Would like some advice on how to bring then down. I cn keep up the sf chain but sometimes e-management messes up but thats allright. Do I need some other HEX spells?
Help or suggesting would be nice.
Btw sorry for me bad english, not me 1st language!
GR Portia
